it was an interesting experience living underground, definitely felt safe enough n the noise isolation was perfect. the bed was huge n comfy, was exhausted after the day and could totally stretch any direction during my sleep. the staff was super friendly n responsive n a special thank you to baasit who handled all my requests at no time, made me feel as a very special guest.
the lack of storage was annoying n the rooms were too small for comfort.

Super comfy stay near everything!
We spent a night in a Cocoon room and it was pretty cool! The bed was massive and super comfy. The shower was on point. It was pitch dark at night, so we got some solid sleep. The location was spot on for hitting the tube and shopping. Only wish the check-in could be a bit quicker.

The room was cozy and spotless, which made it a perfect spot to relax after a busy day. I enjoyed the calmness of the lounge and the quick access to the WiFi for some light browsing. A small downside was the faint smell in the corridors, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all—just keep this in mind! 😊

we had a lovely stay at the zedwell. the reception and our room were super clean, which made a great first impression. the shower was decent, and we appreciated the provided toiletries. the best part? the hotel is just a short walk from covent garden and oxford street, perfect for exploring without breaking the bank on transport.

Unique underground experience with a cozy atmosphere
I loved the calming ambiance and the innovative cocoon-style room, which made for a truly restful sleep environment. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from local attractions. I found that the room was on the small side and could benefit from more hooks or space for coats and towels.

If you're a foodie like me, you're in for a treat! Lobster Kitchen is just a stone's throw away for fresh seafood. Plus, don’t miss the local faves like Tang Noodle Bar – perfect for a quick, yummy bite! I also enjoyed the minimalist vibe of my Cocoon 2 room and the unique underground experience, made for a quirky stay.
I wasn't chuffed about the cheeky fees for early check-in and bag drop-off that added a whopping £60 to my bill! The cramped rooms felt a bit claustrophobic too, which wasn’t what I signed up for.

Unique, Unique, Unique
I absolutely loved my stay in a Cocoon 2 room! The completely dark, quiet environment was perfect for a deep, restful sleep after exploring the city. Plus, the vibe of being underground added a quirky touch to my stay that I won’t forget!

The location proved to be outstanding, rightly close to major attractions, making it ideal for exploring. Despite the small size, the Cocoon room was immaculate and offered a hot shower and effective air conditioning, contributing to a comfortable stay. Encountered issues with noise from maintenance works during the visit, which was somewhat disruptive. however, the team was accommodating enough to offer alternative lodging without extra charge. The clean environment and pleasant staff were definite highlights.

Solo traveler who needs a place to crash
I was really impressed with how the staff handled my last minute change to a sister hotel just down the street for no extra charge and the room was simple yet clean and comfy which was all I needed after a long day
It wasn’t exactly cheap but considering the service I got and the comfort I experienced it was still acceptable
